Your challenge
The Marketing department is core to driving our digital sales growth and our brand visibility. They are responsible for supporting our products and services divisions in their sales strategy with marketing support, as well as their communication strategy.
We are searching for a proactive and motivated Head of for this department, helping us build the future of our marketing set up. You will play a key role in taking our marketing activities to the next level. You will have the front seat in the development of our company, pushing further in our achievement of eMobility markets in Europe and beyond.

Your Tasks
  • Lead the performance of around 6 FTE of marketing specialists, covering the full spectrum of activities: performance marketing, communications & social media, B2B events, etc
  • Setting up processes and a strong focus on digital marketing, aligned to our business strategy and underpinning our sales efforts across Europe
  • Responsible for all brand visibility and communication activities, in line with business strategy
  • Responsible for marketing driven projects and events (including ICNC, our annual eMobility conference) 
Your Profile
  • Experience in leading international marketing teams and driving them to success
  • 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels and using them to achieve B2B sales success
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Proven expertise in marketing in other B2B software companies
  • Interest & passion in eMobility; know how preferred but not a must
  • Proactive individual, thriving on new challenges and enjoying a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
