We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Project Engineer to join our growing Hubject Inc. team. The Onboarding Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for our clients as they join our platform in North America. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.

Your Tasks
  1. Customer Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers, understanding their unique requirements, and guide new customers through our standardized process to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
  2. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our solutions, providing guidance to customers on configuration, integration, and testing.
  3. Project Management: Work with the customer to develop a project plan and timeline for customer onboarding projects based on their company’s needs, ensuring successful and timely implementation.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, or sales/marketing to ensure alignment on customer needs and support the customer through their entire onboarding process.
  5. Customer Support: Offer technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to maximize their experience with our products.
  6. Voice of Customer: Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and improvements in the onboarding process.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data and configurations within the platform during the onboarding process.
  8. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the onboarding process, continuously seeking ways to optimize it.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (IT, CS, Engineering, etc.)
  • 2-4 years of experience in onboarding or implementation management
  • Prior experience or willingness to learn EV technology and associated software solution
  • Background in B2B software solutions 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
