We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead for our ​6-person Market Development ​Team. 
Hubject is the market and innovation leader in the eMobility sector. Together with our team, we develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility market. 
Hubjects customers are the key players in the Automotive industry worldwide as VW, AUDI, Porsche, Daimler, MAN, Ford, Ionity, Electrify America, BP, and many more.
You will work directly with the Head of ​Market Development to support the team and grow the market

Your Tasks
Your Leadership responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6 Market Development Managers and 2 Sales Engineers being responsible for the EU market
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team and individual targets
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
Your Market Development responsibilities
  • Create new opportunities and developing new partnerships
  • Manage and developing existing partnerships
  • Define and acquire new partnerships, build trusted partner relationships
  • Identify and analyse competitors
  • Create marketing strategies and commercial tools
  • Work close with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure future planning
Your Profile
  • Experience in eMobility is mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience as a Market - or Business Developer
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership position
  • Elementary experience in strategic planning and sales
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Fundamental background in account managing
  • Fundamental Salesforce knowledge
  • Depth knowledge of the DACH-market
  • Ability to work for a challenging topic in a self-motivated and effective way
Language
Fluent in ​German and English ​
