With over 115 employees from more than 30 nations worldwide, our global presence contributes significantly to our diversity, which we are very proud of. As People Operations Manager (all genders) you will be responsible for smooth and compliant HR operational processes - according to German but also other European local law requirements. You will make sure our international talents' HR-processes run smoothly with our local partners and if needed you will handle the HR set up in further European countries for future talent.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the operational human resources administration for our German-based and employees located in other European countries (in close collaboration with local partners) 
• You will act as first contact person for our (international) employees and managers regarding any HR administration question 
• Together with the team, you continuously review and improve our HR processes, by respecting the corresponding local labor law and our internal compliance requirements 
• Furthermore, together with the team, you will design as well as implement new processes where necessary and continuously improve existing processes 
• You will support our Payroll with the German but also international payroll and benefit management

Your Profile

• Experience in People and Culture Management, Business Administration or related field 
• Experience in international talent management would be a plus 
• Knowledge in German Labor-, Income Tax- and Social Security Law 
• High interest in international employment laws and regulations and eagerness to learn 
• Experience in managing payroll and employment contracts 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work effectively with international partners and diverse teams
