Your challenge

As a Senior Technical Product Owner at Hubject, you will be central in managing the complexity of maintaining clean interfaces, ensuring compatibility, and minimizing disruption for our partners.

Your first tasks will involve leading the transition between protocol frameworks, defining scalable solutions that bridge legacy and future-facing implementations, and ensuring that our backend services and APIs remain robust, observable, and ready for partner integration—without compromising system performance or integration velocity.

You’ll be joining a cross-functional product development team of 6 and will report directly to the Head of Product Development.

Your Tasks

Turn abstract specs and partner needs into sharp, dev-ready stories.
Drive the evolution of e-roaming protocols—OCPI, OICP, and what’s next.
Shape robust, scalable APIs that handle real-world chaos with elegance.
Collaborate closely with engineers to build systems that survive traffic, edge cases, and timezone madness.
Keep an eye on production—Grafana, Kibana & co. are your daily tools.
Lead planning, grooming, and shipping with clarity and consistency.
Own the backend and API roadmap—laying the foundation for next-gen e-mobility services.

Your Profile

You’ve led tech products in complex, API-heavy environments.
You speak protocols—especially OCPI/OICP—and know how to make them work in production.
APIs are your thing—clean design, versioning, and great DX.
Logs and metrics guide your thinking—you follow signals, not opinions.
You think in edge cases—race conditions, retries, timeouts.
You work side by side with engineers and architects, not above them.
You've handled migrations, multi-version APIs, and cross-partner integrations.
