As a member of the Operations team, you will play a key role in our customer satisfaction! Our main aim is to care for all our partner needs, fix things that go wrong and make sure that our platform is as stable as can be at all times.

Your Tasks

• Onboard new partners onto our platforms
• Answer any partner questions about our platform and products (e.g. intercharge, Plug&Charge, Hubject Financial Services, etc.)
• Fulfill partner Service Requests
• Support in verbal and written partner communication
• Collaborate with the team on more complex issues
• Support in ad hoc operations activities
• Become part of the 24/7 operations on-call rotation

Your Profile

• Customer centric, you are comfortable with being in a partner-facing role
• You can handle technical conversations, both with internal and external stakeholders
• You proactively speak your mind when you see something problematic
• You can support facilitating workshops, meetings and other gatherings, both internally and externall
• You are comfortable in a highly multi-cultural environment
• You ideally already have a first experience in the e-mobility industry or are keen to learn about it.

Language

• You must speak fluently English; German and other languages are a plus

Onsite in Berlin is preferred
Hybrid system:

• 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote
• EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility
