Your mission as a Payroll & Benefits Manager (all genders) will be to ensure our compensation & benefits processes and administration set up is up to date and super efficient! You will be managing and overseeing all our payroll activities, and will serve as the main contact point for our team for all their questions regarding pay policies & procedures. You will be part of the People & Culture team and will be an integral part of ensuring our workforce stays happy, motivated and paid on time!
Please note that this position is a parental leave cover and is therefore limited expectedly until December 2026.

Your Profile
We invite candidates with a diverse range of experiences and skills to apply, even if they don't tick all the boxes.
- 2-4 years of payroll processing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Know-how in German payroll related legislation
- Experience with payroll software and payroll reporting systems (preferably Paychex)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communications, organizational, and time-management skills required
