Your challenge
As a Technical Operations Manager (all genders) at Hubject you will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for managing support operations, driving automation, and ensuring seamless system integration. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Your Tasks
Support Ticket Management
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer support tickets using the designated ticketing platform.
- Utilize tools such as OpenSearch and Postman to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and recurring problems to support continuous improvement.
Customer Onboarding & Testing
- Conduct technical end-to-end testing with customers during the onboarding phase to ensure successful implementation and smooth system integration.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and implement process enhancements.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape product improvements and service strategies.
Automation & System Integration
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve system integration and data flow using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Build tools, scripts, and APIs to optimize internal workflows and reduce manual intervention.
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- 2+ years in a technology-driven environment, preferably in technical support, system administration, or automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as OpenSearch, Postman, and other diagnostic or monitoring platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript, with a focus on process automation and system integration.
- Ability to design and implement scripts, APIs, and automation workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex issues efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Industry Knowledge:
- E-Mobility or EV technology experience is considered a strong advantage.
Language
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
