The Service Development team at Hubject is responsible for shaping, expanding, and continuously improving the company’s portfolio in EV-Charging related services. As a Working Student (all genders) in Product Management, you will play an important supporting role in enabling the team’s success by helping ensure excellent customer support, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation, and increasing transparency of product initiatives and progress across the organization.

Your Tasks
- Support customers by communicating directly with them and guiding them through our services
- Create and maintain internal and external product documentation
- Help define and establish team ways of working (processes, workflows, measurement frameworks)
- Communicate product and team progress internally across the company
- Assist in building templates, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures
- Collect and organize customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to keep documentation and processes up to date
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Structured and organized — comfortable creating documentation and building processes from scratch
- Customer-oriented mindset with confidence communicating externally
- Proactive and self-driven; able to work with ambiguity and limited structure
- Interest in product management and B2B tech services
Language
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English (company language)
- German is a plus
