At Hubject, the Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager (all genders) is responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from attracting and selecting right candidates through to their successful onboarding and integration into the organisation. This role serves as the strategic and operational owner of all recruitment activity, new-hire experience across the business and some HR operations tasks related to talent acquisition.
A successful candidate will build and maintain a high-performing talent function, partnering closely with department head ofs and hiring teams to ensure the organisation attracts, selects, and retains top talent in a competitive market.
