Your challenge

At Hubject, the Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager (all genders) is responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from attracting and selecting right candidates through to their successful onboarding and integration into the organisation. This role serves as the strategic and operational owner of all recruitment activity, new-hire experience across the business and some HR operations tasks related to talent acquisition.

A successful candidate will build and maintain a high-performing talent function, partnering closely with department head ofs and hiring teams to ensure the organisation attracts, selects, and retains top talent in a competitive market.

Your Tasks

Talent Acquisition: 

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all open roles across all levels, from entry-level through to senior leadership.
  • Define and continuously refine sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines using job boards, social media, direct search and employee referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions, set role requirements, and design structured, fair, and effective interview processes.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire.
  • Implementation of organizational culture elements to the Talent Acquisition process

Employee Onboarding:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a structured onboarding process that enables new employees to become effective and engaged as quickly as possible.
  • Collaborate with People team Office Management, IT, and direct managers to ensure a seamless pre-boarding and first-day experience for every new hire.
  • Develop onboarding content, guides, and learning pathways together with the people and culture team.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during their first four months and gather feedback to drive ongoing process improvement.
  • Track and report onboarding satisfaction scores and early attrition rates, acting on insights to reduce new-hire dropout.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record of managing high-volume and senior-level recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering onboarding programmes.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Personio).
  • Performance-driven mindset with a strong commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in German and English (company language)
