Are you looking to bridge the gap between your studies and the professional world? At Hubject, we are looking for a motivated Working Student in Finance (all genders) to support our team. You will gain hands-on experience in everything from day-to-day accounting and invoice verification to the complexities of monthly and annual closings. This is your chance to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting, master ERP systems, and help us optimize our financial processes. Your Tasks

  • Support with invoice verification and preparation
  • Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
  • Maintain and analyze financial data in our systems
  • Support budget planning and forecasting
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Contribute to process optimization in finance

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in the final Bachelor semester or Master’s program (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or controlling is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ideally with ERP system experience
  • Analytical and structured working style

Language

  • Good command of English, German is a plus

Start date

As soon as possible

Location

Onsite in Berlin

Hybrid system with at least one office day per week
