Technical Customer Excellence Manager B2B (all genders)

Your challenge

Your Tasks
  • First point of contact for our B2B customers for technical queries and purposeful redirection to other departments
  • Identification and problem-solving for technical issues
  • Professional, concise explanation of technical instructions and complex solutions
  • Close collaboration with Onboarding Team and Key Account Management for good customer
    relationships
  • Preparation and analysis of technical reports
  • Collaboration on continuous improvement of technical support processes and tools
  • Support Product Development in defining and specifying products, based on customer feedback
  • Training new employees on technical tools and processes
  • Recognize criticality in unusual systemic behavior
Your Profile
  • Qualification in an IT field or comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of experience in dealing with B2B customers in a customer facing role
  • Previous knowledge in e-Mobility advantageous
  • Experience in explaining technical processes on a high level
  • Excellent German and English language skills, additional foreign language advantageous
  • Knowledge of REST APIs
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
  • Ability to interpret code fragments
  • Knowledge of communication protocols advantageous
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., SOAP UI, Postman)
  • Ability to manage escalations arising from customer issues
  • Advanced problem solving skills 
  • Analytical and methodological approach to work with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication and good people skills in an international setting
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to assess problems quickly and identify and implement potential solutions
  • Excellent technical knowledge and programming experience advantageous
  • Customer and service orientation
Language
Excellent German and English language skills, additional foreign language advantageous.
