Technical Charging Expert (all genders)

Your challenge
In the role of a Technical Charging Expert, you drive and support Hubject in the rrolloutof Plug&Charge into the eMobility mass adaption. Hubject is the central operator and accelerator of the customer feature Plug&Charge.
Plug&Charge is the most convenient customer charging experience. The technology is based on the global standard ISO15118 and the VDE Application Guide and establishes an interoperable feature independent of Vehicle and Charging Station.
Hubjects customers are the key players in the Automotive industry worldwide as VW, AUDI, Porsche, Daimler, MAN, Ford, Ionity, Electrify America, BP, and many more.
Through your work, you will help to guide our clients to adapt and implement the End2End function Plug&Charge.
Your Tasks
  • You are a mastermind for EV charging and use your knowledge to guide our clients in the implementation of a world-class, seamless and integrated charging experience - Plug&Charge
  • You are port of the further development of the product Plug&Charge and related services around the Norm ISO15118
  • You monitor the competitor landscape to explore new business opportunities
  • You support broader EV and Charging strategies and projects as required
  • You identify and manage potential commercial partnerships
Your Profile
  • You have deep understanding of charging equipment and the relevant protocols to connect them to EVs and the corresponding backend systems
  • You accept the challenge to setup something new and are passionate to improve the overall quality of the charging process can act as a problem solver with excellent communication skills to interact with customers and technical level
  • You ideally have first knowledge in ISO15118 and protocols as OCPP, OCPI, OICP etc.
  • You have basic knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages
