Digital Campaign Manager (all genders)

Your challenge
Hubject is focused on providing the key technologies and services that will accelerate eMobility adoption globally. A crucial part of that mission is communicating the Hubject vision to the market and attracting ideal partners and customers. As a Digital Campaign Manager in the Marketing Team, you will play a central role in developing and running the digital campaigns that support this mission. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing our organic and digital campaigns forward to a new level.
Your Tasks
  • Deeply understand the Hubject product lines, customers and buyer journeys
  • Manage digital marketing channels in collaboration with marketing team  
  • Create campaigns by identifying new inbound and outbound marketing activities that deliver consistent qualified leads to our market development team across relevant European and global markets  
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including engagement models, goals, messaging, call to action, schedules and analytics.  
  • Work together with the Head of Marketing on developing and implementing organic and paid media strategies  
  • Define success metrics and use analytics to assess the performance of campaigns with a focus on  continuous improvement and feeding learnings back into the holistic marketing and market development strategies   
  • Digital sales improvement: consider how to use our existing tech stack and new technologies more effectively to scale digital sales.
Your Profile
  •  You’re an excellent project manager with experience in running digital marketing campaigns in cross-functional project teams  
  • 3-5 years of experience in running B2B marketing projects, especially demand generation and product awareness campaigns  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate campaigns from end to end   
  • Ability to harness opportunity in partner and content campaigning to grow organic reach  
  • Comfort in managing marketing budgets, allocating and optimising spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results.  
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics  
  • You have an expert understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth  
  • You are analytically inclined, creative, detail-oriented and communicative  
  • You thrive in an environment where you have a high degree of ownership of your tasks  
  • Experience in the eMobility or tech scale-up space a big bonus but not mandatory.
 Excellent written and spoken English, German a plus
