Welcome to ​our Marketing Team
As a Product Marketer in the Marketing Team, you will work to build, launch and drive the growth of Hubject’s B2B products. You will work collaboratively with product, market development, design, operations, and our marketing team on cross functional projects. You will have the opportunity to build out our marketing function, from developing messaging and positioning, telling our customers’ stories, building campaigns and more.

Your Tasks
  • Lead product launches and be a partner to the product team, with a focus on results
  • Work with the Market Development team to develop impactful enablement resources and arm the team to better position ourselves against other competitors and products
  • Drive deeper engagement with our product through educational content
  • Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs
  • Use product analytics and data to understand the business and our customers
  • Use customer feedback & insights to inform & influence product development
  • Work with partners like Automotive OEMs, Charge Point Operators and Utilities,
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders and customer groups, both internally and externally
Your Profile
  • You are a Product Marketer with at least 4+ years in a similar role, with a history of project management and coordinating cross-functional initiatives 
  • You are passionate about learning new products and industries and diving into technical detail is your comfort zone
  • You have experience in gathering relevant customer feedback and championing the customer voice internally to the team
  • Excellent writing skills, meaning you write with the customer in mind, can adapt to the Hubject tone of voice and you avoid enterprise jargon
  • You are a natural communicator: you are comfortable with everything from presenting strategy to demonstrating new features to users
  • You are energetic, resourceful, and hungry to learn
  • Experience in B2B Marketing, EV, mobility industry is a plus, and interest diving into the industry is a must
